Across the Sound is a series of day trips throughout the Puget Sound area of Washington State. The purpose of these short trips is to explore the local area’s in search of unique places, people, and local business’s.

The majestic beauty of the Puget Sound and surrounding area’s is one of the gem’s of the Pacific Northwest. From vast expanses of water, the San Juan Islands, to the Olympic Rain Forest, this region provides days of site seeing, culture, and excitement.

Typical days will start out with a ferry ride, and a set plan of where I am going.  I will write about my trip to and from, as well as my experiences at my destination.
